Only ten more days. I find myself getting Really sentimental lately. Especially when I am working out… Maybe it is all the endorphines? haha old joke between Greg and I. But I get choked up thinking about how far we’ve come as a family and as individuals. Amity has obviously changed so much and everything she does we are so proud of. I have changed too. She has made me a different person. I won’t get into it, but it is for the better : )
It was hard choosing a photo from today. I had some of her playing, some of her crying on my leg, some of her smiling brightly at me (I’m a sucker and chose this), some of her sticking her tongue out playing a game we have going between us, and again a few more crying photos. Because, well, that is how life is with an 11 month old. Very emotional. Very dramatic. I suppose its a glimpse at her 15 year old self too? Lord help us.
I did take this photo of her in her car seat because there won’t be too many more like this. She is still a far cry from the weight limit on her car seat but her legs are getting too long and she just needs some more room. Greg and I keep going to the store to look at the next step in car seats – the convertible car seat – and then get overwhelmed and say we’ll do it another time. Anyhow, we are in the market and if you have any light to shed on which one to choose I’d love to hear your opinion.
Here she is…all smiles.
