OCTOBER 13 | PHOTO-A-DAY

It’s been another hairy day, but we’ve made it to the end.  Tomorrow we start all over again at 6:00am…

I took this photo this evening at bathtime.  She does love her bath, and always has.  Well she didn’t like those sponge baths in the very beginning but once we started giving her the good stuff – actual tub time – she was hooked.  For a long time one of us would climb in there with her but now she is a big girl and takes her bath all by herself (with one of us sitting by the tub of course and constantly instructing her to “sit on your bottom!”).  Again, that independece.  When she was standing here waiting to be put in the tub tonight she was lifting her leg up to try and climb in herself.  She also stood with no hands for several seconds.  She’s been doing that more and more lately.  I’ll try to get a good one of her with no hands soon.  For now, this little Pookie has gone night-night.
