Maternity photography pricing for Portland and Salem families. Maternity sessions are designed so that you walk away feeling beautiful, grounded, and proud of this chapter.
Maternity sessions start at $800 and include a maternity session for mom, partner, and siblings, plus 20 edited digital images. You'll also have the option to upgrade to a larger collection after viewing your gallery.
Petite maternity sessions start at $400 and include a maternity session for mom only, plus 10 edited digital images. You'll also have the option to upgrade to a larger collection after viewing your gallery.

You have options! We can photograph your session in the studio, outdoors, or in your home if you are local to Salem, whichever feels most natural for you and your family. Studio sessions are included with your session fee; in-home or outdoor sessions incur a small upgrade fee when booking.
Most maternity sessions last about an hour. In the studio, we typically do up to three outfit changes, giving you a nice mix of looks to fill your gallery. Everything is calm and paced so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

The sweet spot for maternity photos is between 32–36 weeks. By this stage, your bump is defined, but you’ll still feel comfortable moving around and posing. If you’re expecting twins or anticipate an earlier delivery, I recommend scheduling a bit sooner.

The sooner the better! My calendar fills quickly, so I recommend reaching out around the beginning of your second trimester to secure your preferred date. If you’re later in pregnancy, please still reach out. I often have a few last-minute openings and will do my best to fit you in.

Absolutely. Including your partner or older children adds so much meaning to your photos. These images capture your family just as it’s about to grow - one of my favorite parts of any maternity session are little toddler hands on your bump.
What time of day are maternity sessions scheduled?

For studio sessions, we schedule mid-morning to early afternoon. For outdoor sessions, we’ll start about 1.5–2 hours before sunset to take advantage of that golden-hour light.
You don’t need to bring a thing if you don’t want to. Many expectant moms wear only what I have in the studio wardrobe, which includes a mix of elegant dresses, boho dresses, robes, and timeless pieces designed to flatter every stage of pregnancy. You’re welcome to bring one or two favorite items that fit you perfectly, and we’ll mix them with studio pieces to create a variety of looks in your gallery.

Go ahead and fill out the inquiry form on my website. From there, I’ll send you all the session details, answer your questions, and walk you through the booking process. Once you’ve submitted your session fee and signed the agreement, your date will be reserved on my calendar.

When will I see my maternity photos?

You’ll receive your proofing gallery about 7-10 business days after your session. From there, you’ll choose your favorite images during a one-day online ordering appointment. Once your selections are finalized, your fully retouched images will be delivered in a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints or albums.
