Every session at Arcadian Photography is crafted to be calm, guided, and completely baby-led. From wardrobe styling to the warm, peaceful atmosphere of my Salem studio, my goal is to make this experience effortless and meaningful for your family.
Below is a quick look at how my pricing works so you can get a feel for the investment.
Designed for Busy Parents
how it works
My pricing structure is broken into two parts: the session fee and your digital file and product order. Together, these make up your total investment in photography.
Session Fee
This is paid at booking to reserve your date.
It covers the photography session itself, including my time photographing you, studio use, access to the client wardrobe, and my time hand-proofing and preparing your images.
Digital Files Purchased Separately
After your session, you’ll have a one-day online ordering appointment where you’ll view your full gallery. At that time, you’ll choose the digital collection and any products you’d like to purchase.
The session fee is not a deposit toward images. It is the fee to book and hold your session date and to complete the photography. Digital files are selected and purchased separately after you’ve seen your photos.
Session Fee
The session fee is the same regardless of the type of session you book (newborn, maternity, family, etc). Your session fee reserves your date and includes:
- Pre-session planning & guidance
- Access to the client wardrobe
- Full use of the Salem studio
- A calm, fully guided session
- Your online ordering appointment
- Photographer's time and talent
Digital files and artwork are purchased separately after your session so you can choose exactly what you love.
The One Baby Investment
Babies come with lots of “must-haves,” and some of them are definitely splurge-worthy: the Snoo, the Nuna Pipa, the Veer wagon… You name it. But here’s the thing: every one of those amazing gadgets eventually gets outgrown.
What doesn’t get outgrown?
Your photos.
Newborn and baby portraits are the one investment that will never be donated, outdated, or passed on to a friend. They become heirlooms, the kind your kids will treasure long after the Owlet sock and BabyBjorn bouncer are packed away.
And when you stack the numbers? Those five popular baby splurges total over $3,500… while most Arcadian families invest only about half of that on newborn photography. The memories last forever, the gear doesn’t. 🤍

The details:
• Referrals must be brand-new clients
• Referral credit can’t be used toward mini-session events
• No limit. Earn as much Arcadian Credit as you want!
