Amity is showing her independence to us in many ways. But her new-found fondness for quite time with books in her room is one of our favorite ways. Her room is within sight of the kitchen so she often crawls in there and settles in with books. She can see us, we can see her. Pretty soon, though, there will be a door hanger that says “Parents: Do Not Enter!”
Ten Little Babies…it’s actually kind of a disturbing book. Moral of the story – if you don’t fit in then you get the boot? Have you read it? The illustrations are to-die-for, though; so cute!
